Q: Is Ardor considered a healthy, clean energy drink?
A: Absolutely. We focus on what your body actually wants: steady energy and hydration. No synthetic caffeine, no artificial sweeteners like sucralose, no artificial colors. Just real ingredients with real benefits for the cleanest energy you can get. It’s about fueling up and feeling good about it.
Q: What is the optimal L-theanine to caffeine ratio?
A: The optimal balance for clean energy is a 2:1 ratio. Every can of Ardor contains exactly 200mg of organic L-theanine and 100mg of natural caffeine. Caffeine provides the energy and motivation, while L-theanine smooths it out to promote clarity and calm. They work together so you are alert and focused, not anxious or jittery.
Q: Is Ardor an organic energy drink?
A: Yes—our caffeine and L-theanine both come from organic green tea extract, and all of our flavors are crafted with organic natural flavors. We are Organic certified by QAI.

Q: What is the difference between Ardor Sparkling Energy Waters and Ardor Sparkling Energy Drinks?
A: We offer two distinct lines with the exact same premium energy blend (100mg organic caffeine + 200mg organic L-theanine):
Sparkling Energy Waters: Crisp, light, and refreshing. Made with purified water, a touch of natural fruit essence, and a dash of sea salt. Zero sugar and zero calories.
Sparkling Energy Drinks: A more flavorful, mouthwatering lift. Made with real fruit juice and a touch of sweetness from organic cane sugar and monk fruit. 50 calories and 12g of sugar (4g added) per can.
Q: What is in your natural flavors?
A: Our organic flavors contain the organic extracts of the named fruit (i.e., lime, grapefruit, etc.) along with other organic natural extracts and organic alcohol.

Q: Where do you source your caffeine and L-theanine from?
A: We believe energy should be as thoughtful as it is effective. Our founder traveled over 8,000 miles to source our premium organic green tea directly from the fields of Ootay, India. Both our caffeine and L-theanine are organic certified and the highest quality available on the market.
Q: Does Ardor contain any allergens?
A: Ardor products are built with integrity. Our Sparkling Waters, for example, have just five ingredients – organic caffeine from green tea, organic L-theanine from green tea, water, sea salt, and organic natural flavors. Our flavorings are completely free from: milk/dairy products/derivatives, egg and egg products, wheat products/wheat gluten, soy products, peanut and peanut products/derivatives, tree nuts, fish protein, shellfish, sesame seeds, and mustard.
Q: Is Ardor vegan?
A: Yes! We do not have the formal "certified vegan" label, but all of our products are plant-based/vegan.
Orders & Delivery
Q: My delivery arrived, but some of my cans are expanded and bulging. Why did this happen and what should I do?
A: Carbonated liquid expands more than the aluminum container does if it is exposed to extreme temperatures like freezing or heating above 100 degrees while in transit. As the liquid expands, it leaves less room for the gas, which makes it easier for the high internal pressure to deform the metal.
